Well this has been going on for years, but recently I had to learn how to care form daughter's mono myself. 

It is scary when your daughter has EBV because it can lead to cancers if it hangs around for too long. There are websites that say chronic EBV is not treatable, but when you dig deeper there are studies that show there are actually ways to treat it. 

My kiddo was taking Valtrex for two years but she recently seemed to not do well with it anymore so we stopped. Then her illness got really bad so I started researching what to do. I jointed EBV facebook groups as well as PANS/PANDAS parent groups, since she has that too.

I bought supplement on Amazon and have been titrating them.

It is exhausting.

Each evening I will list her medicine and then how/ what she is doing and what seems to be helping.
